SmartPlay Performance is a Football Development & Performance Consultancy connecting club development, player development, coaching methodology and collective performance.
The objective is not to add isolated solutions, but to help create clearer connections between football ideas, development structures, people and the behaviour that ultimately needs to function in practice.

UEFA A Coach
The founder’s football background spans coaching, player development and football methodology, including head-coach and assistant-coach roles, experience in Belgian national amateur football at fourth- and fifth-tier level, talent development environments and player progression structures.
Continued international football exposure — including Scandinavian development environments — has broadened that perspective and contributed to the evolution of SmartPlay’s thinking around club identity, player development and collective performance.
This football experience is complemented by extensive leadership responsibility in high-responsibility professional environments. That experience adds another perspective to SmartPlay: how people operate within structures, how ownership is created, how decisions are made when information is incomplete and how teams remain functional in demanding environments.
SmartPlay does not turn football development into management theory. These experiences broaden the perspective from which development, responsibility, decision-making and collective behaviour are approached.
